General Policy

  • Final Sale: All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

  • By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Damages & Issues

  • You must notify us within 1 business day of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To verify your claim, please provide:

    1. Order ID

    2. A clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package, showing:

      • Sealed outer packaging

      • Product being removed and inspected

      • Any visible damage or defect

    3. Photos of the defect

  • Contact us at info@stilesovranocreations.com to initiate the claim.

  • If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

  • We do not process direct exchanges. If approved, you may return the item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued as a Credit Note of equivalent value, after deducting a nominal restocking fee.

  • Credit Notes are valid for 3 years and can be used at checkout anytime.

  • Processing time: within 5 business days of approval.
